Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of HiringReach.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HiringReach website at hiringreach.com and the HiringReach platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account responsibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your personal job search. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and payments

HiringReach offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.

4. Contact data

The Service provides access to hiring manager contact information from third-party databases. While we verify contact data before displaying it, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any contact information. If a verified email address bounces, you will receive a credit back in accordance with our refund policy.

Contact data is licensed for your personal job search use only. You may not store, export, or redistribute contact data in bulk. Each contact reveal counts against your plan's allocation.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outreach messages, resume analyses, call scripts, and other content. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending it. We are not responsible for the accuracy, tone, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by HiringReach and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload (resumes, outreach messages you write, etc.).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., analyzing your resume, generating personalized outreach). We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment. Job search outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, market conditions, and the decisions of hiring managers.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRINGREACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiringReach, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
