Simplify Jobs Review (2026): Simplify+ Pricing, the Copilot, and Recruiter Introductions

Simplify review for 2026: what Simplify+ costs by the week and quarter, what the Copilot autofill does, and how its recruiter introductions differ from finding the manager yourself.

How this review was made: it is based on the company's own published pages, read on September 1, 2026, with every price quoted as displayed that day. We did not pay for or test the product hands-on, and we say plainly where their pages left a question unanswered. One more thing you should weigh: we build HiringReach, a competitor. We think the comparison below is fair, and you should judge our bias for yourself.

What Simplify Is

Simplify is best known for its Copilot browser extension, which autofills job applications across more than 100,000 company career sites, wrapped in a tracker, resume tailoring, and AI email drafting. Simplify+ is one subscription at three durations, and the site describes recruiter introductions that put qualified candidates directly in front of hiring teams.

Simplify makes applying faster; bypassing the ATS explains why faster is only half the game, and the other half starts with finding the hiring manager. If you want the outreach done for you instead, that trade is covered in our Career.io review.

Simplify Pricing, As Displayed

PlanWhat their page showed on September 1, 2026
Simplify+ 1 week$19.99 total
Simplify+ 1 month$39.99 total
Simplify+ 3 months$89.99 total, the same full feature suite on every duration

What It Does Well

Where It Falls Short

Who It Fits, and Who It Does Not

A good fit: Someone applying broadly across company career sites who wants the forms filled and the pipeline tidy, with a fair one-week way to try everything.

A poor fit: Someone whose plan is proactive: choosing target companies and reaching the manager who owns each role, rather than waiting to be introduced.

Our Verdict

Simplify does the applying-better half of the job search as well as anyone. What it does not have is an outbound half: no people search, no contact data, and introductions that happen to you rather than by you. Pair it with a system for reaching managers and you have a whole strategy; alone, it is a faster way through the same door as everyone else.

Weighing the all-in-one suites against each other? WonsultingAI, Jobright, Careerflow round out the set. All of them follow the same format, with every price dated. The reviews index holds all of them.

Simplify vs HiringReach

You do not want unlimited. You just need a job, which means one manager saying yes. Here is the same set of questions asked of both products. Their column reflects what their public pages state; ours reflects what we built.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Simplify+ cost?
Three durations, one feature set: $19.99 for one week, $39.99 for one month, and $89.99 for three months, as stated in Simplify's help center on September 1, 2026.
Does Simplify find contacts for you?
No. Its recruiter introductions are made by Simplify to hiring teams on your behalf; there is no self-serve search, and no email or phone data is stated anywhere on its pages. If you want to pick the person and reach them yourself, that is a different kind of tool.
Is the Simplify Copilot free?
The core autofill extension and tracker are presented on the homepage without a price, and the paid Simplify+ tiers add the AI features. The pages we read did not state an explicit free-tier scope, so confirm what is gated when you install it.
